
Head of Commercial — Wealth Segment
Lead commercial performance for EXANTE’s wealth segment: set pricing strategy, segment the client book, benchmark competitors, drive product and cost optimisation, and own customer economics and P&L. Requires 8–15 years in revenue/pricing/commercial roles at brokerages, exchanges, neobanks or fintechs serving wealth/premium/retail clients, strong quantitative skills, experience optimising a trading or investment client book, and working knowledge of MiFID II (FCA Consumer Duty familiarity). Role reports to the COO and is remote.
