
Technical Support Engineer (L2)
Provide L2 support for Twilio's Programmable Messaging: troubleshoot message deliverability, debug customer code, and assist customers via phone, email, and chat. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, file reproducible bugs in JIRA, maintain internal knowledge, and occasionally travel for in-person meetings. Requires bilingual Japanese (Kanji proficiency) and English, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 2+ years in a client-facing technical role.
