
Regional Sales Director
Regional Sales Director responsible for recruiting, developing and leading a team of 2–7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across the region, building sales teams and future sales leaders, creating business plans to exceed targets, and managing the sales lifecycle from lead generation to close. Role requires a minimum of 5 years leading enterprise sales teams and experience with SaaS (cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations), security channel partners, MEDDIC, complex sales cycles, and selling large deals to enterprises.
