
Associate Technical Success Manager
Responsible for the technical relationship with enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, training users, executing mutual activity plans, driving committed consumption, and measuring/communicating value. Requires foundational knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) or observability platforms and familiarity with a programming language (Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or SQL).
