You will own end-to-end integrations between customer environments and Sardine’s platform, including APIs, webhooks, data mapping, event-driven workflows, documentation, and production issue resolution. The role involves partnering with customers and cross-functional teams (engineering, product, post-sales), managing implementation projects, and providing product feedback. Requirements: 7+ years in implementation/integrations/solutions roles, 3+ years in B2B SaaS in payments/fraud/risk/compliance, strong communication and organizational skills, experience with SQL and JSON, and familiarity with API specs (OpenAPI) and scripting (bash, Python, Ruby, Golang) and tools like Postman.
