
Senior/Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC
The role manages end-to-end employee exits and provides first-level employee relations support for Remote's external employees across multiple jurisdictions in APAC. Responsibilities include advising on terminations, resignations and transfers, leading client and employee meetings, coordinating with payroll, legal and other stakeholders, drafting termination documentation, conducting preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, monitoring cases, and contributing to process improvements and automation. The role requires HR advisory/generalist experience, handling voluntary and involuntary exits, strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills, business-level English, and comfort working asynchronously in a remote international team.
