Serve as a senior subject-matter expert and primary contact for a portfolio of high-value Coinbase customers. Lead complex escalations working cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations), drive onboarding and product adoption, mentor junior Concierge agents, and surface customer feedback to improve processes and retention. Requires 4+ years in customer success/account management within financial services/fintech/crypto and professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
