
Client Success Manager
Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, value realization, engagement strategies, expansion, and renewals. Build logic-based questionnaires and AI-native workflows, triage platform and order issues, run demos, analyze customer engagement metrics, and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing. Requires 5+ years in Customer Success/Client Services at a SaaS organization and experience with e-commerce and enterprise customers.
