The Technical Director will set technical vision, make final design and delivery decisions, engage with senior client stakeholders (CIOs/CTOs), lead discovery and solution design, oversee technical execution and project health, and develop technical teams. The role requires 15+ years of technical leadership (consulting, SaaS, or large-scale digital transformation preferred) and hands-on experience with software architecture, cloud platforms, AI, databases, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices.
