Lead the engineering strategy and execution for Tide's Ongoing Monitoring (fraud, AML, sanctions and related tooling), managing backend, frontend, data science and ML engineering across multi-market teams. The role reports to the Chief Data and Technology Officer and focuses on model lifecycle, agentic AI in regulated workflows, decision platforms, and delivering measurable reductions in fraud losses and monitoring costs.

Lead Tide's Client Engineering organisation responsible for the technical direction, standards and delivery of Tide’s mobile and web applications. Accountable for frontend architecture, engineering productivity, quality engineering, monorepo workflows, release engineering and automation, observability, and exploring AI for client-side experiences. Works with Staff Engineers and Engineering Managers to drive pragmatic frontend strategy.
