
Partner Development Manager, Fitness & Wellness - Stuttgart (m/f/d)
Responsible for acquiring high-value partners (studios, spas, new verticals) across the fitness and wellness market within an assigned market and the broader DACH region. Role is field-first with in-person outreach (drop-ins, meetings, events) plus selective inside-sales tactics. Must hit monthly quotas and maintain Salesforce records for forecasting and pipeline. Based in Stuttgart with occasional regional travel. Requires 1–2 years B2B sales experience, familiarity with the local fitness/wellness industry, and proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite. Fluent German and English.
