Deliver and configure Veeva CRM and Vault implementations for life sciences clients, performing business process due diligence, solution design, client workshops, UAT and training. Role may act as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager. Based ideally near a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin); remote/onsite flexibility. Requires 3+ years consulting and SaaS implementation experience, fluent English and an additional European language; travel required (~20%).

Member of Professional Services delivering Veeva Commercial Content implementations (PromoMats, DAM), translating customer requirements into solution designs, configuring the application, and managing build, test, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Requires 5+ years' consulting/project management experience, life sciences customer experience, fluency in English, Europe-based legal right to work, and ability to travel as required.

Deliver Align implementation and migration projects for life sciences customers, owning requirements gathering, configuration, validation and deployment; collaborate with Commercial Operations and IT to design territory models, enable users, and ensure Vault CRM integration. Requires 3+ years in life sciences commercial or CRM consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, excellent English, based in Germany (Berlin) with occasional travel.
