Lead engineering for BlueCat's Network Observability product line, setting multi-year technical direction, architecture, and delivery for a data-intensive platform ingesting network telemetry. Role requires hands-on experience with network telemetry (NetFlow/IPFIX/sFlow, SNMP, packet capture, streaming), scalable data platforms, SaaS and on-prem delivery, AI/ML for anomaly detection, and large distributed engineering teams. Requires 15+ years software engineering experience and significant senior people leadership experience.
