
Sr. LogScale/NG SIEM Customer Success Manager - Bilingual (Spanish/English) (Remote)
Drive customer adoption, retention and growth for LogScale/Next‑Gen SIEM customers. Build success plans, conduct strategic business reviews, manage renewals and escalations, advocate customer feedback to product/engineering, and collaborate with internal technical resources. Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, professional fluency in English and Spanish, minimum 3 years in a CSM/TAM role, and 2+ years working with SIEM/SOAR. Role may require up to 25% travel.
