The Global Learning Lead for Fellowship Programs reports to the CEO and leads a global team to support 60+ partner organizations (and 30 prospective partners) in designing and delivering pre-service training, ongoing professional development, coaching, leadership and career development, and MEL systems. The role sets strategic priorities, drives a global learning agenda, fosters evidence-based improvements, and requires substantial collaboration across regions; travel of 30–40% and non-traditional hours are expected.
