Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring payroll onboarding projects (client kick-off through first live payroll) for NL and BE. Requires hands-on Dutch and Belgian payroll expertise (AFAS, EasyPay, legislative rules such as loonheffing, ONSS/RSZ, Dimona, DmfA), experience with reconciliations and parallel runs, producing SOPs, performing UAT, and acting as primary stakeholder contact across implementations.
