Lead the Payroll Operations chapter, manage and mentor the payroll team, ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with country regulations, maintain relationships with payroll and accounting service providers, and develop KPIs/SLAs. Requires extensive regional/global payroll experience, proficiency with tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English.
