The role combines hands-on deployment execution (platform bring-up, hardware/network/Kubernetes/storage/GPU layers) with post-go-live technical ownership, driving adoption, operational maturity, and expansion for customers across the Middle East. The position is based in the United Arab Emirates (remote) with expected travel across Saudi Arabia and the broader ME region. Success metrics include speed to production, platform adoption, retention, and expansion.

Responsible for scoping, planning, executing, and closing M&A-driven migrations of collaboration platforms and domains into the parent environment. Own platform architecture, governance, email and domain security, eDiscovery and archiving workflows, DLP and access controls, tooling/automation, and vendor management across multiple brands and entities.
