Work closely with strategic customers and cross-functional GitLab teams to diagnose complex technical problems across product behavior, CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, and Git internals. Contribute production fixes and features, drive AI adoption and governance for the GitLab Duo Agent Platform, and produce reusable patterns, documentation, and technical thought leadership.
