Lead design, development, deployment, and governance of AI-enabled compliance solutions (alert pre-screening, narrative generation, regulatory summarization, EDD reports) using tools like n8n, Claude API, Python and APIs. Own risk classification, audit trails, data-privacy controls (GDPR, PII, AML retention), and handover to Compliance teams while driving adoption, documentation, and operational metrics. Requires 8+ years in compliance operations/RegTech with hands-on experience delivering production AI/workflow automation in regulated environments.
