Lead the finance and custody function for the VARA-regulated Dubai entity: deliver monthly/quarterly/annual management and regulatory financial accounts and forecasts; manage statutory audit and finance controls; build and maintain the finance control environment and risk register; and own safeguarding of client money and client virtual assets including daily reconciliations, reserve coverage, no-rehypothecation controls, and relationships with banks, custodians, and technology vendors. Role requires a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with significant financial-services and client-asset/custody experience and knowledge of VARA or comparable digital-asset regimes.
