The Incident Operations Specialist will maintain and operate incident tooling (incident.io, PagerDuty, Slack workflows), build and sustain AI-powered automation and workflows, analyze incidents and run postmortems to drive program improvements, and own data quality and reporting (Databricks, Grafana, Looker). The role requires proven incident response experience and strong AI fluency; it is an operations position with technical depth (SQL, API integrations, lightweight prototyping), reporting to the Incident Program Manager and supporting the Incident Commander community.
