Remote (North America) Director-level role to define strategy and technical direction for enterprise identity, access, audit, policy, and AI-native governance systems. The role includes leading managers and engineers, owning reliability and incident response for Tier-1 services, partnering with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success, and developing engineering talent and operating models.

Lead and grow Zapier's Security organization, set vision and roadmap for securing AI features and integrations, and operate both strategically and hands-on across application, infrastructure, detection & response, and GRC. Partner with executives, Product, Engineering, Legal, GTM, and Enterprise Governance to drive risk management, incident response, bug bounty triage, and enterprise-grade security controls while communicating risk and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
