Lead the design and delivery of agentic-first subsystems for Nexus Repository Manager: architect multi-agent workflows, define agenting practices, own product-area initiatives, and ensure performance, reliability, and supply-chain security. Requires 7+ years professional software development experience and strong background in Java, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), large-scale distributed systems, and software supply chain security (SBOM, SCA, SLSA, signing/vulnerability tooling).

Provide technical support for Sonatype products: debug and troubleshoot incidents, reproduce defects, create actionable issues for engineering, replicate customer deployment environments (Docker, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes), contribute to knowledge base and diagnostic tools, and respond to customers via cases, email, chat and phone. Requires strong Java reading skills, experience with REST APIs, Linux, SQL (PostgreSQL), networking (TLS/SSL), scripting (Python, Bash, TypeScript), and cloud/container platforms.
