As Delivery Manager you will own delivery strategy and execution for SaaS/white-label fintech products, leading cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, security) to deliver on timelines, quality and budget. Role requires 5+ years in delivery/program/project roles, strong SDLC and CI/CD knowledge, experience with service desk and process optimization, resource and capacity planning, and practical familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools. Remote role open to candidates across Europe and select non-EEA European countries who can work within CET.

Responsible for deep SEON product expertise (signals, scoring, rules, device intelligence, data enrichment), integration correctness, end-to-end antifraud process definition, and QA/testing of fraud flows. The role requires collaboration with product, risk, compliance and engineering to optimise decision logic and metrics (fraud rate, false positives, approval rate).
