Responsibilities include continuous monitoring of production metrics, reviewing AI-generated alarms and deviations, prioritizing anomalies, liaising with on-site personnel via Teams/VoIP, and maintaining shift handoffs and operational logs. Requires a Bachelor's in a relevant engineering field, 4–8 years operating and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing processes, and hands-on experience with DCS, SCADA, Historians (e.g., AVEVA). Excellent English communication skills are required. Nice-to-haves include Six Sigma/Lean experience, I&C familiarity, and interest in AI/ML.
