The Reliability Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing customers, driving adoption and expansion of an IoT-based machine health solution. Responsibilities include site visits and assessments, onboarding and training, technical problem resolution, reporting, and feeding customer insights to Product and Engineering. Role requires 5+ years in manufacturing/reliability, ability to travel up to 50%, and fluency in English and German.
