The AR Specialist will manage invoicing and collections, approve sales orders from Salesforce, ensure tax compliance using Avalara, upload e-invoices to customer procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa), perform month-end reconciliations between Salesforce and NetSuite, and coordinate with internal teams on billing and revenue-related inquiries. Requires an AA in Accounting or related field and 3+ years of AR/collections experience. Position is fully remote with a U.S. salary range of $60,000–$70,000.
