The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage invoicing and collections, ensure tax-compliant billing (using Avalara), process e-invoices via customer procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa), reconcile billings between Salesforce and NetSuite, support audits, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and revenue inquiries. Requires an AA in accounting or related field and at least 2 years of experience with collections, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
