
Sr. Customer Success Manager - Onboarding Specialist
Responsible for owning the onboarding process from contract to first use case for mid-market customers: manage concurrent onboarding accounts, host kickoff calls/use-case workshops/training, partner with Sales/Support/Product/Account teams, build onboarding curriculum and resources. Success metrics include kickoff timing, % customers onboarded within 90 days, number of working sessions, documented use-case wins, and onboarding CSAT. U.S. OTE range $110,000–$140,000.
