Lead the Software Engineering capability, oversee hiring and talent development, establish OKRs/KPIs, ensure technical excellence and adoption of best practices, support proposals and technical solutions, and act as a fractionally billable practitioner on projects. Requires 10+ years of software development leadership, experience managing managers in consulting (40+ person group), expertise in cloud architecture, legacy modernization, Agile and DevSecOps, and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
