Cloud Engineer III role focused on ensuring stability and reliability of AWS operations through architecture and account design, networking (VPC, Direct Connect, Site-to-Site VPN), infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, Terraform), container and serverless deployments (EC2, Fargate, Lambda), monitoring and logging (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, DataDog, Kibana), CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Requires 7+ years' relevant experience and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; remote work with onsite expected if local to Maryland.

Serve as the Tools Administrator responsible for enterprise Agile and collaboration platforms. Duties include platform configuration and governance, upgrade and lifecycle coordination, API integration and automation, identity integration (SSO/MFA), security and compliance coordination, monitoring and incident response, documentation and runbooks, and technical leadership of automation and administration activities. Requires 7+ years IT/platform administration experience and 4+ years enterprise Atlassian administration experience.

Responsible for supporting night-shift operations of a data services hub: live monitoring (New Relic, Splunk), initial triage and prioritization, root cause analysis, escalation, coordinating with ops and partners (TDS, XOC), producing bi-hourly/daily reports, supporting change control and testing. Requires strong communication, system engineering understanding, familiarity with Java and networking protocols preferred, 4–6+ years related experience, ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance and lived in the United States 3 of the last 5 years.

The role implements DevOps/DevSecOps practices and manages tools for source control, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, provisioning, logging, and security for government-facing AWS workloads. Required: 7+ years as a System Administrator, experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Datadog, extensive Kubernetes/EKS experience, Linux administration, ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, and having lived in the United States 3 of the past 5 years. Position is remote or hybrid if local to Maryland.
