Owner of GitLab’s Italy sales strategy and execution: build the country plan, manage and coach account executives, drive pipeline and new-logo acquisition across medium and larger accounts, establish sales processes and operating rhythms (e.g., MEDDPICC), forecast and analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners (account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, operations). Role is remote and reports to the VP of Sales.
