
Senior Manager, End User Services
Lead and develop a globally distributed End User Services team delivering 24/5 support across GitLab's SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, GitLab, Glean, Zoom). Own EUS strategy and operations (incident/request/problem/change management), IT asset and SaaS lifecycle, partner with cross-functional teams, and scale support through automation, scripting, and AI. Requires experience running support/ITSM at a SaaS or cloud-native company supporting 1,000+ employees and hands-on administration of modern SaaS and endpoint tooling.
