Requires 15+ years delivering production AI at enterprise scale.

The Principal AI Engineer provides technical leadership and hands-on execution for enterprise AI systems: designing and fine-tuning LLMs (QLoRA/LoRA/PEFT), building orchestration and MCP servers, optimizing retrieval/RAG and data pipelines, establishing experiment tracking, versioning and observability, and operationalizing models into production. Requires 12+ years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience.
