Work within Product reporting to the Chief Product Officer to shape strategy and roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled platform capabilities, design reusable sponsor bank onboarding and engagement models, translate regulatory and payment scheme requirements into product capabilities, collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams, and support market assessments and commercial business cases. Join Form3's US Product team to own US A2A payment products across the full lifecycle — discovery, delivery, launch and commercialisation. Initial focus on building and scaling Wire and ACH capabilities while supporting RTP and FedNow. Requires 5+ years' product management experience, payments domain knowledge, experience working with banks/financial institutions, and strong commercial and stakeholder skills. Role is fully remote with eligibility in the US and Canada and occasional travel to New York and the UK.
