EXANTE seeks a qualified Accountant for an approximately nine-month fixed-term maternity cover. The role is fully remote and involves maintaining accounting records in Microsoft Dynamics, reconciling systems, processing payroll, reviewing VAT returns, preparing corporation tax items, performing financial close tasks, supporting the annual audit, and participating in automation projects. Required: Bachelor's/Master's in accounting/finance/economics, ACCA (or equivalent), sound knowledge of IFRS and EU taxation, experience with external auditors, strong IT skills (Google products, Excel), and fluent English. Minimum 3 years' accounting experience.

EXANTE seeks an experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to own transfer pricing documentation, design and implement intercompany pricing policies, prepare Local Files/Master File contributions and benchmarking studies, and advise on intercompany financing and restructurings. The role reports to the Head of Accounting, Audit and Tax, is fixed-term (12 months) with possible extension, and is offered on a remote/hybrid basis.
