
White Label Support Engineer
EXANTE is hiring a White Label Support Engineer to provide L2 application support across infrastructure, networking, databases and application layers. Responsibilities include shift-based monitoring and incident response, troubleshooting production issues, automation/scripting (Bash/Python), maintaining runbooks and observability (Grafana/Prometheus/Zabbix/ELK), and collaborating with development and SRE teams. Requires strong Linux skills and 2+ years of application support experience.
