Responsible for the full lifecycle of payroll integrations during onboarding: gather and document client/vendor requirements, create technical specifications (file layouts, deduction mappings), configure and test inbound/outbound payroll files using formats and secure transfer protocols, leverage tools such as XML/XSL, Excel, VBS, FileZilla, and collaborate with project managers and internal teams to transition clients to operations.

Own the full lifecycle of client data exchange development for inbound HRIS and benefits conversion files, including requirements gathering, file configuration, testing oversight, and launch. Requires 4+ years relevant experience and proficiency with XML and Excel; familiarity with SQL, Beyond Compare, JavaScript, and Access is noted. Position is remote (United States) with a stated salary range of $45,000 to $81,000 per year.
