Businessolver seeks a remote full-time Senior Member Services Advocate to handle inbound phone inquiries and enrollment related to Health Spending Accounts, COBRA, Retiree, and Exchange programs. Must have at least 3 years' relevant experience, be available for shifts between 7am and 7pm CT, and will be paid $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Lead a Member Services team (phone agents and processors) to maintain service levels, handle escalations, perform audits and quality reviews, produce reports, and drive workflow improvements. Requires 3+ years leadership experience in Employee Benefits Administration or related industry and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Salary range $46,000–$65,000/year. Remote - United States.
