The Senior Sales Operations Manager is a senior individual-contributor partnering with Sales leadership and cross-functional GTM teams to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline health, CRM discipline, reporting, and sales process adoption. The role requires strong analytical and technical skills (Salesforce, BI tools, Excel, AI-enabled tools), experience building executive reporting and dashboards, and ~10% travel.

100% remote (US) role to design and scale end-to-end enablement across AE, BDR/SDR, SE/Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Partners globally (NA, EMEA, APAC). Requires experience scaling programs at $500M+ ARR or 300+ sellers, deep fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), familiarity with conversation intelligence and enablement platforms, and hands-on experience deploying agentic AI for sales workflows; travel ~25%.
