The Strategic Finance Manager will build and own the company’s strategic financial model and fully integrated long-range plan, produce investor-grade valuations and sensitivities, scale modeling infrastructure, lead cash flow and liquidity forecasting, and support fundraising and M&A diligence. The role partners with the CFO, executive leadership, and FP&A to connect financial analysis to operational decisions. Requires 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or similar, experience analyzing healthcare/health-tech, and strong Excel modeling skills.

Responsible for deep-dive data research, root-cause analysis, and translating pharmacy claims and rebate data into executive-level insights. Serves as the liaison between Account Management and Data/Reporting teams, ensures integrity of client financial reports, supports plan design recommendations, and participates in client meetings. Requires 5+ years in data analysis, financial underwriting, or actuarial support within healthcare/PBM and strong skills in reporting and visualization tools.
