Planful seeks an Instructional Designer (remote, Canada) to design and build course guides, slide decks, quizzes, certification assessments, and hands-on lab exercises; maintain and update course content as the product evolves; partner with SMEs and product teams; and support NASBA CPE-accredited course development. Requires 2–4 years of instructional design experience, comfort with Synthesia or ability to learn authoring tools, strong writing/editing skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Own the messaging framework and content architecture across blogs, customer stories, web pages, ebooks, and whitepapers. Responsible for content strategy, editorial governance, SEO/GEO/AIO alignment, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires 6+ years in B2B content marketing, experience in B2B SaaS (finance/FP&A preferred), and familiarity with AI writing tools and social media/content management tools.
