Responsible for daily QA auditing, SLA governance, and monitoring of high-volume IDV, Sanctions, and CIP operations. Will develop operational readiness infrastructure (SOPs, QA scorecards, decision trees), refine screening logic, conduct UAT with vendors, and serve as the operational liaison to Compliance to support scaling into regulated KYC/EDD onboarding.

Operational identity risk subject matter expert within Trust & Resilience who analyzes multi-signal identity telemetry (biometrics, synthetic identity, device/IP anomalies, tax documentation), enforces CIP compliance across trader pathways, authorizes low-to-medium risk accounts, clears secondary sanctions alerts, documents investigatory rationales, and recommends IDV workflow and rule improvements.
