
Support Engineer
Topstep seeks a Support Engineer to own complex engineering escalations for trading platforms: reproduce issues, debug distributed systems, ship code fixes in C#/.NET and React (TypeScript preferred), build admin tooling and observability (Datadog/Elasticsearch/Kibana), participate in on-call rotation and incident response, and produce post-incident write-ups and runbooks. Requires 3+ years professional software engineering experience and strong SQL and debugging skills.
