
Customer Experience Specialist II
Proficient remote role (2+ years experience) owning complex inquiries, de-escalations, mentoring new hires, and contributing to process improvements and knowledge base updates. Requires working knowledge of ticket systems (e.g., Zendesk) and cross-training across Sales, Policy Services, and Billing. Candidates must live in GA, OH, PA, TN, or TX and be authorized to work in the United States.
