The Senior AI Growth Engineer designs, builds, and maintains automated, AI-driven acquisition infrastructure (outbound workflows, enrichment pipelines, personalization logic, lead routing, and lifecycle automation). Works with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and analytics to instrument the acquisition stack (CDP, marketing automation, CRM, experimentation), create segmentation and scoring models, run experimentation, and produce reporting on funnel performance and attribution.

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role owns multi-channel demand generation and the full lead lifecycle from first touch to revenue, partnering closely with performance marketing and sales. Responsibilities include building acquisition roadmaps, running experiments, measuring KPIs (MQLs, signups, revenue), managing creative and vendor relationships, and optimizing conversion and ROI.
