
Facilities Coordinator
Onsite role based in Manila supporting daily upkeep and operations of serviced and leased office spaces, including inventory and asset management (asset tagging), access badge processing, vendor and procurement coordination, meeting-room and workstation setup, deliveries and courier handling, and logistical support for office projects and events. Requires 1–3 years relevant experience, strong English and Filipino communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Shift hours (overnight) are required.
