Join Storyblok as a Senior Solutions Engineer focused on large enterprise accounts. The role leads technical strategy and architectures (multi-site, integrations, migrations), builds proofs of concept and custom demos, handles RFPs/security questionnaires, acts as primary technical escalation across sales and onboarding, partners with Product/Engineering, and mentors junior pre-sales engineers. Requires 5+ years in solutions/sales engineering or similar B2B SaaS pre-sales experience and hands-on web development skills (JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks).

Lead, coach, and hire a team of Solution Engineers partnering with Sales to deliver technical demos, drive discovery and solution design, and own technical strategy through to close. Act as voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, define team metrics (win rates, deal velocity, technical CSAT), develop enablement and demo environments, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering. Experience in solution engineering management and SaaS/pre-sales contexts is required; CMS, APIs, JavaScript, headless architecture, and AI tool familiarity are preferred.
