Responsible for executing Teach For All’s global recruitment and onboarding strategy across multiple regions. Duties include full-cycle recruitment and sourcing, onboarding coordination and digital enablement, ATS and sourcing platform administration (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter), recruitment and onboarding data analysis, GDPR compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with People Operations and Technology. Requires 5–7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or HR and valid work authorization in the country of hire.

Lead Teach For All’s global RSM work with particular focus on Asia Pacific: coach and consult partner staff, design and deliver virtual and in-person learning experiences, build regional RSM community, create knowledge resources, analyze global needs, and support cross-functional integration. Role is remote (based in specified APAC countries), requires strong cross-cultural competency, significant experience in recruitment/selection/matriculation and adult learning, availability for APAC hours and ~30% travel.
