The AI Specialist will deliver the AI LCC's core programming (including a weekly AI AAA Series), develop partnerships with AI companies, build and scale a global educator community across WhatsApp and other platforms, design learning circles, pilot AI-driven tools for summarization and translation, and track community and program health metrics. The role requires hands-on experience with foundation models and prompt engineering, community management on social-first platforms, multimedia content skills, and experience working across diverse, multi-time-zone contexts. Travel up to 30% is expected; the role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Lead development and delivery of an AI and technology solutions strategy across Teach For All and its network partners. Responsibilities include identifying and delivering AI-forward products, managing a small team (two solutions engineers and a UI/UX specialist), stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, measuring impact, community building, and driving adoption. Role is 100% remote, three-year fixed-term, requires valid work authorization in country of hire, and may involve up to 20% travel.
